"We did not use Mark for an inspection, but we found him on here through Nextdoor when we were looking for someone to clean our dryer vent after our attempt was unsuccessful. We just thought our vent needed a proper cleaning, however, he found some pump in the ceiling that didn't need to be there, not mention it was broken and blocking air flow which was what was actually causing our problem. He was able to take care of it that day and we have not had any problems since. He also was able to come out the next day after I called him originally. Another place I called couldn't even fit me in for 3 weeks. So that was awesome in and of itself. Mark himself was super knowledgeable and explained everything to my husband and I. And he was very kind to my 3-year-old who kept trying to have a conversation with him. So if you need a service he provides, give him a call."
