A real estate purchase is one of the biggest investments an individual or company will make. With that in mind, it is my responsibility to inspect a property and provide an accurate report of the findings, empowering my clients to make an informed decision and determine if the property is right for them.

 

I have over 35 years in Residential and Commercial Construction.

This experience gives me an advantage when performing Professional Residential and Commercial Real Estate Inspections, Warranty Inspections, Maintenance Inspections and Phased Construction Inspections for you.  I am also a member of the Association of Texas Real Estate Inspectors (ATREI) and Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors (GFWAR).  It is of utmost importance to me to continually train and expand my education to stay on top of best practices and trends in residential construction and inspection.
